Delivering the Solution

• Initial inspection by the Alltimes Contractor Support Manager established the problems on the roof that needed addressing. The support continued throughout the whole project from executing the job, on-site meetings, technical assistance in-person or on the phone. This gave the Contractor and Owner complete much needed reassurance.
• Alltimes provided guidance and expertise on the mapping and delaminating areas, by guiding the contractor on how to strip back to bare metal and use activator free,  Advantage® with Graphene Metal Primer to create a smooth finish.
• Advantage® for Cut Edge Corrosion was used to address the problem corroded areas for 15 year ongoing protection. The contractor favoured the following system benefits:
  • Suitable for roller application - because of the building location, spraying was not permitted
  • System drying time was excellent for the project time restraints
  • Smooth finish had desired exceptional result
  • Good consumption rate which held its own for the steep pitch
• Support from the office team to guide on quantities and reordering options offering a flexible approach when smaller quantities were required – focussed on helping the customer rather than the sake of a sale
