We offer a 10 year guarantee on all of our products, subject to underwriting by a UK based insurance company.
In light of recent financial market shifts, our insurers now require that this option be available only when the product is applied by contractors deemed financially stable and creditworthy. While this decision is beyond our control, it ensures the highest level of security and reliability for our clients.
Premiums are based on each project that is signed off by an independent insurance/building inspector or surveyor and are only offered upon a thorough audit.
