A single component, solvent free Cut Edge Corrosion system using Advantage^® for Metal roofs with added Graphene, a moisture cured anti corrosion hybrid coating that is damp tolerant during application and is easily recoated.

It provides UV and mechanical protection while working with the thermal movement required from temperature changes that are experienced throughout the year.

If you are working with sheet laps and sheet ends on a profiled metal roof, you’ll know all-to-well the severity of corrosion that is likely to occur. When the edge of the steel sheet is not sealed and protected at the initial manufacturing and installation stage, the edge is exposed. With weathering, the corrosion develops as a result of the original coating de-laminating and peeling back from the sheet edge. Water then rises under the overlaps, causing rust that you won’t see - with holes starting to appear.

By applying sealant into and over the overlaps of the metal roofing, you’ll be preventing water from spreading up between the two sheets.
